“I Can Move Again!”
After a year of recovering from two knee surgeries I was really looking forward to a new year and getting back to my exercise routine. Then came December 21st. As I was awaiting the arrival of family and the holidays I bent over and knew that my Holidays were not going to be as expected! I felt a searing pain in my back and was unable to move.
Long story short my holidays consisted of a lot of pain and two back surgeries, not exactly what I had planned. After the procedures I was left in a considerable amount of pain and very limited movement. Back to the doctor I went to see what could be done about the pain I was still experiencing. He suggested that I see a Medical Massage Therapist to help get my muscles to relax and improve my mobility. Not sure where to look for a Medical Massage therapist I started asking friends if they knew of anyone. Someone suggested Jarrett Smilie, so I decided to try him.
Best decision I could have made. Jarrett listened to everything I had been through and knew he could help. He wasn’t lying! After that first visit I could move! The pain I had been experiencing was not totally gone after that first visit but was at a level I could definitely live with. Now after seeing Jarrett for several weeks I am pain free!
